Covid-19 Policies & Procedures

The health and safety of our patients and staff are our first priority.

Our exam room tables and chairs are wiped down and disinfected after each patient visit and high-touch surfaces are disinfected throughout the day. In addition we have the following policies in place:

  • All guests to our facility are required to wear a mask upon entry. If you don't have one we will provide you with one. Masks must cover both the nose and mouth - due to the nature of our treatment we are required to be in close contact with one another, making this protective measure critically important.

  • We require a Covid-19 screening prior to your appointment, this is required before each visit to ensure the safety of everyone on-site. Please refer to the "Covid Screening Form" link on at the bottom of this page to complete and submit within 24 hours of your appointment. If you do not submit online, a paper form will be provided for completion upon arrival.

  • We request that you please wash your hands once you are in an exam room.

  • We ask that only the person with an appointment comes inside the building, unless absolutely necessary (ie. parent of a minor patient, or caregiver assisting an impaired or elderly patient). Reducing the number of people in our lobby helps to prevent unnecessary contact.

All staff are required to follow Public Health Guidelines for social distancing, face covering and hygiene, plus additional measures as noted below:

  • Perform a daily self-check before coming to work

  • Staff are advised not come to work if they are feeling sick and/or have a fever above 100.4

  • Practice required social distancing (6’ or more)

  • Enter and exit the building at designated locations only

  • Wear a face covering while in the building when the 6’ social distancing cannot be maintained

  • Practice regular hand washing - 20 seconds - when entering the building, regularly throughout the day, and before exiting

  • Utilize face coverings, hand sanitizer, disinfectant and paper towels as needed

  • Maintain clutter free surfaces and workstations for efficient and regular cleaning and disinfecting
