APPOINTMENTS
It is our priority that your appointments with us work with your schedule and we will do our best to accommodate you. Certain treatments like Mechanical Traction are timed and there are a limited number of slots available each day. If you have a preferred time slot we recommend that you schedule several in advance to secure your spot.

We value the time we have set aside to see and treat you. If you are not able to keep an appointment, we would appreciate no less than 24 hour cancellation notice. Please remember that all of our appointments are scheduled appointments and if notice is not received, a no-show or late cancellation fee of $50 will apply, and will be charged to your card on file. Of course, we understand that emergencies can and do arise and we will certainly take that into consideration.

If there are 3 no shows within one year you will be asked to transfer care to another practice.

If you are late to your office visit appointment less than 15 minutes, we will do our best to accommodate you. It may be necessary to reschedule your appointment if we are very busy.

If you are more than 10 minutes late to your Mechanical Traction appointment we will most likely have to reschedule you. These treatments are timed, on specialized equipment, and it would not be fair to the next patient if their schedule is impacted due to your tardiness.
