CAN I GET REIMBURSEMENT FROM MY INSURANCE COMPANY FOR SELF-PAY SERVICES?
If you have commercial insurance and pay out-of-pocket for services, and have met your annual deductible, you are eligible to request reimbursement. Each carrier and policy has it's own set of rules and requirements regarding reimbursement, but most all include documentation from your visit showing appropriate diagnosis and treatment codes, provider information, patient demographic information and fees paid. We can provide a "superbill" upon request which can be used to submit for reimbursement. Please contact your insurance to find out exactly what they require and we will be happy to supply you with the paperwork you need to submit.
